We collected a pre made frame and window frame which we lined with with brown paper to represent sisalation
tape

Then we fixed 4 pieces of weather board on each corner to determine how far the window frame must protrude the frame the check for plumb and squareness

Remove the weather board and line the out side with alcor the weather board all the way round the window

Spin the frame around and place thin lengths of mdf around the frame to act as the gyprock

Place your sill in check out both ends allowing 80mm over hang for the acatrave to sit on then router the edges and lightly sand

Cut and sand some chocks the fit down the inside of the 2 sides then 1 across the top fix them all in

The all you have to do is mitre some lengths of arcatrave allowing 10 mm all the way round the fix doneeee.
