1 Find a frame and set it up in the vice

2 fixed 4 pieces of weather board to the edges of the frame to determine how to protrude

3 remove weather board and line the outsides with weather proof alcor

4 nail all weather boards around the window.

5 spin the frame around nail some mdf around the interior to act as gyprock

6 insert your sill with routed edges so arcatrave can sit on

7cut some legths of pine for the arcatrave to nail to and insert

8 cut for 3 lengths of arcatrave to fit the window nicely then finished
A nail could prick you in the finger

Could cut your finger on the mitre saw


Could hit your hand with the hammer when nailing the alcor to the frame

Nail your hand to the frame


Smash finger with hammer


Get finger caught in the router


Get hand caught in mitre saw


A dodgy bit of arc with a nail hanging out when u cut it could fly off and hit some one
You check the frame thouraly

Hold the wood firmly and keep fingers away from the blade


Gently tap the nail in place the take hand away and hit it hard

Make sure your hand is out of the nail guns way

Take time and make sure your hands not in the way

Keep your hand away from the spinning blade
